Refund/DOA Policy
All plants/corals/livestock are inspected and packaged the day of shipping for optimal health. We’re not responsible for dead on arrival (DOA) from weather or shipping delays. But we're willing to help out on a case by case.
For DOA or damaged live stock not caused by weather or delays, you must take good pictures of the damages/DOA unopened and email them within 2 hours of delivery. Once we review the case, we’ll contact you with options. Shipping fees will not be refunded under any circumstances. If the package is damaged by USPS, UPS or FedEX, you can submit a claim through their website.
Dry Goods
The item must be unopened in order to receive a full refund. There is a 20% restocking fee and shipping cost will not be refunded. Please email us at purelyaquatic@yahoo.com for confirmation.
Restricted Species
It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of all local/federal shipping regulations on plants/live stock. Buyer is responsible for any legal penalties that occur from not following regulations.
Shipping
All live plants are shipped via USPS Priority (3 days) by default on Mon-Wed and Sat. **Some species may require 2 day or overnight shipping.
All corals and livestock are shipped overnight via UPS or FedEX on Mon-Wed.
**Some species can do 2 day shipping (ex - Freshwater shrimps)
Please allow 1-3 days business days to process the orders. **There is no international shipping on plants/corals/livestock.
Flat overnight shipping fee $50 and $30 within Texas. Other shipping methods will vary.
